Dr Brown approached us for advice at very early stages of an internal investigation which was proceeding a disciplinary and an HCPC referral. He sought advice and guidance on how best to navigate both without creating further issues. We mapped a strategy for him to follow in respect of both, with the understanding it would minimise damage. The internal matter was dealt with satisfactorily, and although it took slightly longer than planned, the HCPC closed their case following our intervention.
